I HAVE HELPED… find this man a wonderful house WE call home!  After sitting at the curb in his Jeep, having decided he did not want to view inside, I convinced him to walk through it with me.  The natural light and spaciousness, plus the original hardwood floors, got his attention.  By the time I took him outside to view the semi-private yard, he was hooked.  We put some blood, sweat and tears into this house though.  But we still love it!

• I had to use my PINK hammer to get into the lock box on the door of the log house [key was jammed]. Pete had a good laugh at this but was impressed that, not only did I carried ALL the tools of the trade in a toolbox in my car [if not his preferred choice of colour] but that I was actually able to open the lock box with the help of the hammer.  Lol
